First and foremost, "we" and "our" and other such pronouns refer to (lookpastit.com) and the real people who make it happen, which includes the twin team, U.S. Artisans RA (Remmy Ar'emen) and M.E. (Mandy Elliott).

"You" refers to our customers and fans who may be reading this to educate themselves on our policies.

Without further ado, and in plain English:

1. What you do on lookpastit stays on lookpastit: We keep all customer information truly confidential and private. We will never sell or otherwise share your information, except if and as required by law.

2. We only accept U.S. dollars as currency payments, via cash, credit/debit, or PayPal. We no longer accept checks. We do not currently accept non-U.S. dollar currencies of any kind, nor digital currencies such as bitcoin.

3. Shipping is included in the product price if you are shopping our official webstore. If you are shopping Fine Art America product inventory, or Pixels product inventory, shipping fees may be applicable at checkout, if they are not running a free shipping promotion.

4. Products ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. All shipments subject to all carriers as we are travelers and use the best available carrier. This includes USPS, FEDex, and UPS. Likewise, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is shipped. Yes, we prodvide tracking numbers for all orders.

5. Within 30 days, we accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Learn to discern isn't just a cheeky rhyme, it is a code of contuct here, and we Sherlock Holmes and Watson every case so the genuine articles are largely satisfied. (The paraadox of perception prevents pleasing everyone, but we do try!)

6. We use multiple business partners to make this possible. Vistaprint.com fulfills our cardstock (and sticker) printing needs, Fine Art America and Pixels fulfills our museum quality prints, posters, and product gear like apparel, home decor, and lifestyle product needs. Webs.com hosts our website building tools, and we use PayPal as our direct payment choice. Yes, even when you order on our FAA or Pixels pages, we are paid via PayPal. We love these technology specialists, and we trust them or we wouldn't be doing business with them. That said, when you visit their sites you are subject to their policies.
